Toddler’s Have Their Own Ideas about Nap Time

All 21 toddlers are required to have nap time. Some have their own ideas, about how to use their mandatory nap time, especially when they are all sharing one room.

With the little one’s making noise all day, it’s hard for the older one’s trying to study their lessons. And when the toddler’s try to sleep, the older one’s are up to mischief keeping them awake. What’s worse is when Sophie and her aides are giving the toddlers their mandatory baths, the other kids love to open and close the doors and have the aides come out and chase them away. This results in many fits of laughter. So, it’s not ideal having the older kids in the same room as the toddlers.

Sophie’s deepest wish is to build a Toddler’s Room complete with 3-4 baby cots, so the kids won’t fall out of the beds, some foam mattresses for the blanket floor kids to help with nap time. Along this comes the need for sheets, pillows, and blankets for the new toddler room. A table, a chair, for the teacher, a corner bookshelf would be ideal for the children’s drawing books.

Aid Africa’s Children is currently waiting on bids for building Toddler’s room and estimates on what room items will cost.
